EasyBus are doing a nice promo for customers traveling to and from London Stansted Airport. The fares range from £2 (€3.04) single when booked online. Prices next month include returns from €6 in mid-July.

We (a group of 21 persons) arrive 17th of march in stansted (10:45 h) and would like to a have a transfer to London City (Hotel California, Belgrove Street).
On 19th of march a transfer form the hotel to stansted airport is necessary. Departure time of the flight in stansted: 15:15 h.
