i bought this mp4 player on thursday 11th july…it worked at first but now the usb cable doesnt fit inside the usb port on the mp4, and it won’t charge or work. Can i exchange it if i payed with with a credit card??? However i want to check if it works before i leave the store. Is this possible. The problem is that i have already downloaded music onto my mp4 player and, in my opinion, i think that it is the usb port and the usb cable that are not working.

do not buy this product !! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it says its 4gb but really it holds just under 1gb . if you try and store anymore than 1Gb , it comes with an error sign saying ” NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE!”
SO I REPEAT ONCE AGAIN….. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
